At Veloura Pets, we want you and your furry friend to love every purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in its original packaging

You must provide proof of purchase
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Opened pet food or treats

Used pet accessories (such as beds, collars, harnesses, toys)

Personalized or custom-made items
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Please allow 5–10 business days for processing
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
